Juliette Clovis is a French artist whose plastic work is organized around the 3 main themes of the relationship between man and nature, the opposition between life and death and the dialogue between tradition and modernity. Fascinated by the wild beauty of nature discovered during her various travels, the artist is inspired by it to create human jungles and explore the wild aspect of the body. Combining ambiguity, Juliette's work oscillates between a prophetic painting announcing the birth of a new living species, a human silhouette with a face that is half animal, half vegetable; and the preliminaries of a certain death caused by a greedy nature eager to take back its rights.
