Manifesto exhibition, Heritages, brings together female and non-binary photographers to celebrate the diversity of feminist engagement and write an inclusive narrative of the history of art and photography. Around strong and meaningful themes, the selected works address the issue of representation, intersectionality or matrimony, all with a committed female gaze. Because of the profiles of each one, the themes and points of view are multiplied and offer a great diversity of perspectives.

Through the exhibited photographs and the style of each photographer, the notions of transmission, inspiration and common creation between artists emerge, implicitly. Organized by Armâne and Clémence, the duo behind Iconographia, this exhibition aims to bring together artists whose work and commitment they admire, even though women photographers still represent only 20% of the photographs exhibited and acquired in galleries.
