Sergey Lotsmanov

Born in 1983 in Tartu, Estonia. Currently lives and works in Moscow. Graduated from painting department
of Venetsianov art school (Tver, 2004), Estonian Academy of Fine Arts (Tallin, 2010), Institute of contemporary Art (Moscow, 2012).

Painting and graphics are the author’s major forms of artistic statement. Major goal of Sergey Lotsmanov’s work is investiga- tion of the present-day society with all its drawbacks.Thereby the artworks of Sergey and deep meaning incorporated within make us think about the development vector of the modern society as well as the characteristics of the environment we exist in.
