"It is in my paintings that I transcribe the music, the emotion of the street in the mountains, the sound of jazz acid, with a share of truth about the figurative aspect of the canvas and a shifted distance, in the 1930s. There are multiple techniques and everyday materials. The music enriches us with a whole range of sound expressions: the sound of the double bass, a pickling mix that plunges us into the New York of swing street, the life of an Urban world, of a rhythmic architecture… Notes - a touch where the contemporary sound of the daily universe of a melancholy city - with artistic expressions that are felt on the canvas ... It is the relationship between jazz music and my artistic universe that brings me to ask if there is a border between painting and jazz ”
