Julius Likh - the pseudonym of the artist. The artist was born in the USSR in Minsk in 1972. Immediately after his birth, Julius moved with his mother to his father in the city of Bernau in the GDR (Bernau bei Berlin). The artist's father, seeing the talent for drawing his son, from the age of 6 began to hire for his training teachers of painting and graphics. Among the artist's teachers were recognized German masters, he successfully studied with them from 6 to 12 years old. Private lessons allowed the young artist to have a very good knowledge of oil painting and graphic technique.
In 1984, the Julius Likh family moved to Czechoslovakia, in the city of Turnov (Turnov). Right after moving to Turnov in 1984, a young artist began to attend a local school of fine arts.
From the age of 15, Julius Likh participates in art exhibitions for young people. Julius Likh continued his studies at the art school until 1989. In 1989 Julius Likh entered the Higher College of Art in Turnov for a specialist restorative artist.
