Penny Rumble

Penny Rumble was born in 1957 in England. She studied Zoology at the Sheffield University and then made a research in Cambridge for several years. She became then an art dealer and antiquarian. She then started to paint and draw and quickly became fascinated about these two activities. She decided to devote herself completely to art and moved to Cornwall.

The breathtaking nature and landscapes of Cornouailles inspired her a lot. In love with the sea, it became a main element in her paintings.
Penny Rumble started her artistic carrer with an impressionist style: by painting fast to better capture the present moment. She then corrected her initial sketches during months and transformed them into a final masterpiece. She works mainly with oil paint, on a canvas or on wood.

Penny Rumble now plans to focus his work on animals.
