Biography
Marta Lipowska is a Polish painter who was born in 1978. She studied at Faculty of Art of the Maria Sklodowska-Curie University in Lublin, and graduated in 2003.
Her paintings of dailylife are dominated by color and light, which are the structure of the painting. The artist draws her inspiration from French Impressionsim and North-American Expressionism, from Monet to De kooning.
The artist has won numerous prizes for her work and has even been listed on the "Kompas Mlodej Sztuki" list of artist who are under 35 and have the best prospects. Marta Lipowska's work is regularly exhibited in Poland and abroad.
