Ivan Yahnadzhiev

Ivan Yahnadzhiev is a leading Bulgarian artist. He was born on March 31, 1948 in Sofia. In 1977 he graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts "Nikolai Pavlovich". That same year he began to exhibit his work in collective exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. Individual exhibitions organized in Sofia, Varna, Blagoevgrad, Rome.

He works in the sphere of landscape, still life and figural composition. He is known as the master of body art. His works are owned by the National Gallery of Art, the National Museum of History and the galleries of the city of Varna, Varshets , Gabrovo and Targovishte, as well as in private collections in Greece, Italy, the United States, Finland and France, Sweden, Japan and others.
