Gianni Borta, painter, illustrator and designer, is one of the leaders of the naturalist movement in contemporary Italian art.
Biography
Gianni Borta was born in Udine and 1941 he worked in Milan.
He has been exhibiting since 1961.
Flowers constitute his unique subject, he paints in nature and fields of flowers, translating with large colored touches the impressions that contact with the exuberance of flora gives him.
He has an international career, with more than 850 exhibitions in Italy and abroad, and has been awarded more than 220 national and international prizes.
