Driven by emotion and a quest for intimacy, my painting has become a meditative interlude where the human, often suggested, is revealed through the light and warmth of the moment.

Biography

After six years spent in French Polynesia and an initial career, I returned to my passion, painting, to devote myself to it fully. 


Initially, painting was a great help to me through a difficult period in my life. 

Today, my painting is above all a reflection of my emotions, a rich means of expression and a kind of meditative interlude. 

The subject can be classical or not, the interpretation figurative or abstract; the essential thing is to transpose onto the canvas the feeling that originated my inspiration. 

Humans are often present or suggested in my paintings, as in this series: "Secret of a Woman." 

The air is soft and warm, the light and the sun play with faces barely revealed, almost hidden to better preserve intimacy and savor the pleasure of beautiful summer days...
