Biography
Self-taught, born in 1958, Édouard Herve seeks movement in space in order to create tense lines of force with nervous edges, in order to oppose them in beautiful harmonies between balance and imbalance.
Through an expressive delicacy, he manages to translate incisive lines of force into the material. These lines materialize gestures traced in space which suddenly find themselves frozen in bronze.
Edouard Hervé is an artist of great international renown.
