Gertruud Hartog found her passion as an artist in making images of women with a little more. Under the name of "Big Ladies" she designs powerful women figures that radiate self-esteem and happiness. Most of the 'Big Ladies' wear a bathing suit that is painted in many colors. Indigenous influences have become a part of my style. All images have a unique name to distinguish them.

The drop of women arises from the aspects that Gertruud Hartog experiences in daily life. From her surroundings, she is inspired by new shapes and attitudes. Each image is unique and every image is a challenge for Gertruud in which she is working to find the right proportions and colors. Being artistic is inspirational and relaxing for her.
