Biography

Reinar Foreman, born in 1993, is a self-taught artist who began to define himself as such at the age of 22. He decided to get into art motivated by his parents. After a trip to South America, he painted his first portrait, which was quickly sold. Thanks to this first sale, he could invest in canvases and materials to launch his painting career.

His universe is made of a palette of brilliant and almost artificial colors, with the notable influence of Francis Bacon, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol. He highlights the role of pink in his work, emphasizing its aggressiveness and the way it provokes the audience. His paintings overflow with intensity: in the boldness of colors, shapes, and contrast between his silhouettes and the space in which they are located.

After having been exhibited in several galleries in Europe (Reykjavik, Berlin, Moscow), Foreman is now establishing his presence internationally. His works have entered several private collections.
