Anne Kari Ødegård

Norwegian visual artist, Anne Kari Ødegård works as a printmaker at Norske Grafikeres Verksted in Oslo. Following her graduation from National Academy of the Arts in Oslo (2000), she was partner in Hegtun|Ødegård Visual Communication for several years before turning to the arts. Her prints have been included in solo and group exhibitions since 2012.

While elaborating on mode and moment in still imagery, Ødegård alternates between traditional and digital printing techniques. Her work describes both the abstract and the concrete, with ambiguity as a constant dynamo.
She is a member of Norske BilledKunstnere / Norwegian association of visual artists, Grafill og Norske Grafikere / Norwegian Printmakers Association.
