Franck K

Since early childhood, Franck K has been working during his vacations in the metal workshop owned by his family in the southwest of France.

His mother, a painter, taught him the basics of art. At the age of 10 he created his first wooden sculpture.

He got a metalwork and aeronautical and industrial design diploma and has produced work for architects and industries. He has also designed the interiors of restaurants, bars, shops; he works with stainless steel, aluminum, steel, brass.

He also produced props for various events, museums, films, theatre sets in Toulouse and Paris where he worked for Mariscal, who had a show at the Seita Museum.

He worked with the technicians at Centre Georges Pompidou who opened to him Ali Baba?s cave: during this period, he used to spend his days admiring all the artwork in the museum.
