Biography

Marion Brosse is a French artist, he trained at Peninghen, and graduated from ECV (School of Visual Communication).

The dreamlike drawings of Marion Brosse play around with shapes, colors and a combination of recovered images, which often leads to fun stories. The artist is interested by the ambivalence of feelings, and she tries to transpose this in her creations which are inspired by surrealism. She works with various types of materials like wood, plaster or cardboard.

She worked as a graphic designer at Carré Noir, in offices like Trend Union and Li Edelkoor. she has been an illustrator for almost 10 years for the press (Le Monde, Télérama, Philosophie Magazine) and advertising, but also for magazines and luxurious brands (Le monde d’Hermès, Les Galeries Lafayette).

While working as a graphic designer, Marion Brosse opened her own studio in 2009, where she organizes solo and group exhibitions.
