Frieze London

Frieze London is one of the most influential contemporary art fairs. Each year the fair exhibits artworks from the most exciting modern artists from over 180 international galleries. Hosting over 60,000 visitors each year, the fair is popular among art-lovers; amongst them are collectors, critics, curators, and those who are simply curious to explore what the fair has in store.

And who wouldn't be curious? The fair, which takes place in the heart of London, in Regent's Park, is regularly hosted in a temporary building sure to delight any architecture lover. The ethereal structure lets in bounds of natural light which serves to enhance the artworks inside. The result? A light and airy atmosphere, making it easy to wander round for hours.

Initially launched in 2003 by Amanda Sharp and Matthew Slotover, it has since gained sister fairs: Frieze Masters, which consists of artwork created before 2000, and Frieze New York, which takes place across the pond.

This year, Frieze London is taking place from October 13th to 17th, with tickets available to buy now. Book tickets now to ensure the chance to see the newest innovative pieces from both established and contemporary artists. Despite the pandemic, you'll be able to see galleries from all over the world at Frieze this year. Make sure to keep an eye out for some of Artsper's partner galleries, such as Perrotin and Galerie Lelong, amongst the many big names.
