Dani Olivier was born in Paris in 1969 and graduated from HEC. Today he lives and works in Paris.
The artist realizes some portraits that are a mix between painting and photography. They reveal the beauty of women and are aimed to unveil them in their double dimension of body and soul.
The models are naked in bare decors. The make up is minimalist in order to give full scope to the pictures and to be out of fashion, the world and time.
By complex lighting effects, gestures and movements, he realizes his special effects during the shooting.
Faithfull to the present moment, the image obeys to a principal of authenticity and integrity: no touch-ups, nor alterations.
