Alain Lacoste, born in Laval on December 10, 1935, is a major French painter and sculptor in the singular arts movement.
It is now hung in nine museums in France as well as the Musée de l'Art brut in Lausanne, the Art et Marge museum in Brussels and the Doctor Guislain museum in Ghent.
