Abstract Duty
From August 4, 2022 to August 31, 2022
With his paintings, Antoine wishes to share his universe with everyone: a mixture of colors and creative ideas.
Rocked by several artistic influences, he decided to create works combining several different styles and techniques: one can feel in his works minimalist art, dripping as well as calligraphy or even graffiti.
Indeed, it was during the discovery of minimalist art from the Nordic countries and already enjoying the dripping of Jackson Pollock, that the idea of combining the two techniques came to her mind. Amazed by the work of the Catalan artist Joan Miró, he made the choice to use, like him, essentially primary colors as the main colors in his works. He associates on certain works a maximum of 2 or 3 colors which gives his paintings a resolutely modern style.
Self-taught, it is by developing curves of bright colors and by committing to themes that Antoine's work takes on its full meaning: he wants to transmit and convey messages.
With the desire to always surpass himself, Antoine continually enriches the range of his creations, keeping in mind that it is essential to feel calm in order to be able to find inspiration. It is in this quest for well-being that he transcribes on his paintings all his love for life and the elements that surround it.
It is with his sensitivity, his open-mindedness and his developed visual sense that he brings all his emotions to his creations.
He thus wishes to share through a modern and contemporary style all his feelings.
