ARNO

Arnaud Schweitzer is a sculptor based in Brittany.
Trained in New Zealand in traditional Maori sculpture, he developed a practice blending ancestral know-how and contemporary expression. He collaborated on major international productions before dedicating himself fully to his personal research.

Now based at Atelier M9, he creates monumental sculptures in solid wood.

"I sculpt wood as a living material.
My works explore identity, life, and the mutations of our society. Between biomimicry, the sacred, and organic abstraction, each piece seeks a presence, a tension, a breath.
