Gregory Bouctot-Charneau, alias "Gregos" was born in 1972 in Paris. He grew up in suburbs of Paris (Gonesse, Villiers Bel).
He made his first weapons in the Tag and Graffiti in the late 80, early 90. This is after a stay of 2 years in Athens, Greece, from 1995 to 1997, that he starts to the sculpture, and then to the casting.
Back in France he never ceases to experiment, to learn and to create. In 2003 he decided to go to Boston in the United States for a period of 3 years, during which it will move to the acrylic paint and oil. In 2006, he returns to Paris and returned to his first love: the art of street. It is to Montmartre where he resides now that he decided to participate in this art of street present in the neighborhood. He invented his own 3D concept combining all the techniques that he uses and has learned over the past few years, and made a replica of his face to the identical pulling the language or smiling, he painted and starts to stick through Paris.
Each face is in some way a self-portrait, allowing him to express in the street its mood, his anger, his joys, what he likes or dislikes, everything that represents Gregos.
To date, more than 500 faces have already been installed, most in Paris, but also in Lille, Lyon, Marseille, in French Guiana, in Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Wroclaw, Tokyo, Kyoto, Malta and Sao Paulo.
