Graduated in photography from CÉGEP de St-Hyacynthe in Quebec in 1995, Karine has lived and worked in Alsace since 1997. Fascinated by the magic of light, she experiments in the studio. She likes to work on raw, natural subjects and aspires to restore their transparency, their volume. She tries to give life to images by seeking "explosiveness" or lightness. Transform vegetables into aerial figures, with strange shapes, in full motion. The driving force behind his work is the quest for the right light, whatever the subject. Karine Faby exhibited at the Carrousel du Louvre, at the France Pavilion at the Universal Exhibition in Milan, at the Lot Of Saveurs Festival in Cahors, at the Ministry of Agriculture, during the COP 21 in Le Bourget, at the Gobelins (school of the image in Paris) and at the Casino Barrière in Niederbronn les Bains
