Pyl, whose real name is Jean-Louis Burdet, is a contemporary painter born in the Var in Draguignan, in 1952. Pyl developed a passion for photography at an early age.
Mineral and graphic, his works release a power of intention and invite the spectator to contemplation. The gaze is not enough to apprehend his works, they are felt, they are lived.
