Originally from Portugal, I was born in Paris in 1968 where I lived until the age of 15. 
My parents then decided to move back to Portugal and I followed them. Since then I have been going back and forth between France and Portugal. I finally settled in France in 2012. 
I like to paint in an intuitive and spontaneous way. Without any specific "artistic code", I project on my canvases my emotions, both joyful and more painful. 

I like what is not perfect, because perfection does not exist in my eyes. It bores me. 

I like raw and abstract art that lets the imagination and feelings run free. 

When I paint or when I draw, I feel free...

The unstructured portraits I can imagine are "real" and inspired by life stories of people around me or not. 

For me, art is "FREE", It must be "SHARED", without HATE, nor JUDGMENT and it must be accessible to ALL 

In 2018, I began training as an art therapist which I completed in 2020. 

Art-therapy is a way to put words to hurts, to be able to using artistic mediums such as painting, collage, clay. To put words on what is painful, not only to "say" but also to transform, to relieve... 

Art in the service of LIFE !!!!
