Sachiyo Kaneko

Sachiyo Kaneko began practicing calligraphy at the age of seven and graduated from Tsuda University with a degree in International and Cultural Studies. In 2016, she moved to Spain to further develop her artistic calligraphy practice. Inspired by the dynamism of Spanish culture, so different from the rigor and classicism of Japanese calligraphy, she distinguishes herself through the beauty of her lines and the innovative energy of her works, which reflect her unique sensibility. Kaneko's art brings a touch of freshness and modernity to calligraphy. She performs both in Japan and abroad, offering artistic performances and calligraphy demonstrations.
