Biography
Dmitri Shorin was born in Novosibirsk in 1971. He is part of the young generation of Russian painters and, along with Diana Machulina and Alexei Kallima, represents the revival of the Russian School of painting. Dmitri Shorin studied fine arts, design and fashion in Omsk and Saint Petersburg. Since 1995, he has regularly exhibited and participated in exhibitions in Russia and abroad. A major exhibition of his recent paintings took place in 2008 at the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg.
