Presentation
Tic is a French artist born in 1988. Tic’s work continues to gain momentum in 2025, with recent exhibitions highlighting his unique visual language and growing presence in the European contemporary art scene. His latest solo show in Paris attracted collectors and critics alike, drawn to his vibrant compositions and instinctive approach. His popularity is rising on international platforms, positioning him as a key emerging figure among French contemporary painters.
He began his artistic career with collages, with the aim of looking for harmony within chaos. He then tried out painting, and alternated between abstraction and figuration. Tic follows his instinct to create colorful and explosive paintings. Colors make up a visual labyrinth. The spectator's look is lost in the details but is able to capture the global harmony, which is very important for the artist. The materials are put together in a brilliant manner and are left the way it is, as it creates an illusion through its relief.
