Description
This artwork is an exquisite portrayal of dynamic color interplay and textural complexity. The canvas is awash with a gradient of blues that transition seamlessly from an intense cobalt at the bottom to a lighter sky blue at the top, suggesting depth and fluidity. The essence of movement is captured through a series of splatters and drips that create a sense of organic chaos, reminiscent of oceanic waves or a vivid sky in motion.
The artist employs a technique that combines both precision and spontaneity, skillfully orchestrating the splatter effect to achieve a harmonious yet energetic composition. The dense concentration of darker hues in the lower section provides a visual anchor, drawing the eye downward before allowing it to ascend gradually through the lighter areas.
Unique in its ability to convey both tranquility and vibrancy, the artwork invites viewers to immerse themselves in its multidimensional layers. Presentation
Davide Angelillo was born in Imperia in northern Italy in 1988.
He is a self-taught Italian painter. He began drawing as a child and then discovered the art of painting.
He began to experiment with different typologies initially, from landscape to realistic and then discovered in abstraction a world where he could express his feelings and visions, something that only abstract art can translate.
The painting technique used is excellent quality acrylic which gives a brilliant consistency to the canvas. While in the creation he uses a mixed execution technique, from the brush to the spatulas and also the use of the fingers.
His works have been exhibited nationwide and present in various private collections.
