Joanna Wiszniewska Domańska (born in 1946) is a highly respected Polish artist specializing in classic graphic techniques. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Graphic Arts, in 1972 from the atelier of Professor Stanisław Fijałkowski. She primarily works in the demanding techniques of aquafort (etching) and aquatint. Her exquisite etchings are held in prestigious international collections, demonstrating her significant artistic recognition. These collections include the Museum of Contemporary Art in Lodz (known as the oldest contemporary art museum worldwide), the Museum in Walbrzych, and the Museum of Couvin (Belgium), as well as Miejska Galeria Sztuki in Łódź, the National Library of Poland in Warsaw, the Eugenio Granell Foundation in Santiago de Compostella, and the Artistic University in Tokyo.
