Fabrice Hyber is born in France in 1961. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Nantes.

It exposes for the first time in Nantes in 1986.

In 1991 the artist achieved "Translation", the biggest soap of the world.

After having transformed in 1995 the Museum of Modern Art of the City of Paris in hypermarket and installed the following year a hair salon professional at the Center Georges Pompidou on the occasion of the exhibition "female/male ", it is chosen in 1997 to represent France in the framework of the 47th Venice Biennale. He will distribute with the "Golden Lion" after having transformed the French flag in studio recording and streaming of tv shows.

For the transition to 2000, it is one of the monuments the most solemn of Paris, the Arc de Triomphe, the place to anchor an internet portal: " inconnu.net ". The title of the work refers to the building which houses but also to the system of thought of the artist for which the world can be apprehended as a questioning.

2003 And 2004 are two years centered around "the artery, the garden of drawings ", ?implementing perennial created at the request of the association Sidaction who wished to commemorate the twenty years of the AIDS pandemic.

" North-south " is the title of the exhibition proposed in 2005 by the artist during the Frac of Country of the Loire.

In 2007 Hyber is entrusted with the realization of the first contemporary sculpture of the perennial garden of Luxembourg: "The Cry, the writing ", bronze polychrome of 3.70 m high commemorates the abolition of slavery.

It stresses the role of the artist as producer, entrepreneur and ombudsman, always on several projects at the same time, it multiplies its ?works in rhizomes inspired as well to the way in which we develop the cellular systems.
