Bernard Neulat

Bernard Neulat, from Tarn-et-Garonne, of old origin, was introduced to painting in the 1990s. He remains deeply rooted in his original land of Quercy. These remarkable sites, bathed in color and changing light, are sources of inspiration.
Watercolor and oil are his two preferred techniques, although he also works in pencil.

Large flat areas of colors worked in harmony and balance lead us on the path of tranquility with a touch of modernity.
