Biography

Jules Mimouni is a contemporary artist from Six-Fours-les-Plages, a small corner of the Mediterranean that has deeply influenced his artistic sensibility. It was in 2016 that he discovered his vocation for painting, a revelation that led him to join the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, where he acquired a rigorous technique and a solid artistic culture.

In 2020, he moved to Marseille, a city whose light and cultural effervescence enrich his work. His works are distinguished by a singular luminosity and an almost dreamlike poetry, which capture moments of grace while reflecting a deep connection to nature and human emotions.
