His spontaneous and devotional paintings question a sacred geometry in full rediscovery.

Biography

Aëlle is a weaver of souls, a traveler between worlds. And precisely, she questions symbols such as the Flower of Life, Yantras and labyrinths by singing Mantras that she engrams so that they vibrate and offer softness, comfort, support. She works mainly in acrylic and easily adds organic materials to it. She makes her own varnishes to which are added for some crushed semi-precious stones. It is another life for these, jewelers' scraps that she gleans during her encounters to honor them by offering them a final function, adding to the vibration of her works. Her creations invite you to give yourself a moment, to abandon yourself and lose your footing. They are like so many doors to cross, places to discover. Bodily feelings are the key to entering her worlds. Aëlle likes to mislead her spectators, just as the mind comes to interrupt the recitation of a Mantra. Starting from a structure, she deconstructs and reassembles the patterns. Somewhere between the embroidery of breath and the rhythm of gestures, the stitches and glyphs accumulate until they create their own dimensions. She also enjoys playing with codes, some directly inspired by Aboriginal art, others coming straight from India and still others, from the Americas as well as from a contemporary multidisciplinary scene. Blurring the lines and mixing cultures, this is how Aëlle blends influences to invite the soul to travel. In the accumulation of details, an overall harmony emerges, like those paths on which to get lost in order to better find oneself. The artist lets different plastic facets express themselves. She offers incursions into the illustrations, whether figurative or abstract. This freedom runs through all of her creations in various formats. Influences The colors shimmer: they are an ode to Joy! Aëlle, a discreet introvert, lets burst forth in her works a form of deep happiness to be embodied. Beyond the mystical, she loves the intense vibration that emanates from the colors used consciously and their impact on the observer.
