French artist born in Dakar in 1973, influenced by her travels to the U.
Biography
Born in Dakar in 1973, Alice de Miramon is a French artist. Even though the artist grew up in the North of France, her trips to U.S.A have a major effect on her. At an early age, she developed a passion for drawing, stained glass, portraits and ancient books. She did an artistic training in drawing, molding and engraving in France before leaving for U.S.A in 1997 to complete her bachelors in visual arts. This is when she exhibited for the first time. The artist has a refined style of working where the message is clear and has an effect on the spectator. She came back to Paris and worked as the artistic director with prestigious brands like Chanel, Yves-Saint-Laurent and Disney. In 2008, Alice de Miramon settled down in Sauve, place of residence for many emerging artists. This location boosts her and leads her to create many artistic pieces. She is able to attract many people due to this production and has been doing multiple exhibitions in international art galleries.
