Ekaterina Kuzmina

Ekaterina Kuzmina is a visual artist whose journey to self-discovery through art reflects her deep exploration of human emotions and the unseen forces that shape life. Born in Leningrad to a metallurgical engineer father and a painter mother, she was introduced to painting early on but pursued a technical education at the Academy of Cold and Food Technologies. D espite a successful career in the technical field, her passion for art persisted, inspired by psychology and astronomy.

In her forties, Ekaterina embraced her identity as an artist, exploring the energetic forces that influence human interactions and societal processes. Through symbolism, she engages in a silent dialogue about the unseen currents of life, expressing these themes in her work.

Her art has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions, including "Thoughts on Meaning" (2023, LenDok Gallery, Saint Petersburg) and "Thinking with a Brush on Canvas" (2022, Neva Palette). She has participated in international art fairs like Artankara (2024) and Art Revolution Taipei (2019-2021). In 2021, Ekaterina won first place at the American Art Award and was featured on the covers of Modern Renaissance magazine. She continues to evolve her artistic practice, always exploring new techniques and ideas.
