Biography
Tim Hall is a British artist born in London in 1966.
After studying at the University of Manchester, Tim Hall actually started his career in Hong Kong.
With a strong interest in landscape photography, Tim Hall is very attached to pictorial minimalism and cites Mark Rothko's work as the inspiration for his work. He plunges us in the vastness of the desert or in the infinite horizon of the sea, evoking a refined approach with a rare suggestive power of distant but real worlds.
His work has been exhibited in several personal exhibitions in India, the United States, Germany and United Kingdom as well as in group exhibitions in Hong Kong and London.
