Rich in my Caribbean, African and European influences, painting, spreading colors posed here and there, shaping, gesture after gesture, a new reality, appeared to me simpler than finding the words that would express my vision and my perception of the world.

My creations are precisely the fruit of my pervasive unconscious which expresses itself through carefully chosen colors, shapes and movements.

My work is a mix between the abstract and the figurative, I seek chromatic harmonies with strong contrasts with a technique or gestures and textures are the basis of all my creative process with the medium which allows me this spontaneity: acrylic. 

I am a Caribbean artist in the palette of colors used, a palette in which we find the influences of Europe and the colors of the Antilles: bright and warm colors. Thus is found on my paintings the presence of this varied nature, like our islands.

My favorite themes are real or imaginary landscapes but also our inner world, the reflections of our personality.

My spiritual master, Pablo Picasso, said "A painting only lives by the one who looks at it".
