Tharwet Kamoun

I am Tharwet, passionate painter and designer, generous designer and I love my job.

I find my pleasure in my studio, I like expressing myself in color, transmitting my ideas, meeting and sharing creative moments with art enthusiasts.

Originally from Tunisia, I keep from my childhood the light, the sun and the turquoise color of the sea.

My imagination and my inspiration find a new lease of life when I observe the Mediterranean expanse.

My paintings come from my heart ... expressing emotion in visual language, using pure colors and expressive gestures to communicate and translate every awesome moment in our life.

You can see my joy in my colorful paintings, my fatigue in my dark colors, my love in the color red, my imagination in my abstract paintings, and my travels in my figurative paintings.

The design reinforced my desire for imagination and discovery by preparing the graphic model of my artistic projects before making them and by creating works off canvas.

Art and design are two complementary approaches that open up new fields of investigation and production for me with each new artistic project.

My artistic affinities are varied and eclectic.

Light and nature in Claude Monet's work, the power of colored vibrations and the rigor of de Staël's compositions, the technical mastery and scope of Gerhard Richter's work, sometimes figurative and sometimes abstract.
