Biography
Giusy Lopez, born in Reggio Calabria on April 4, 1978, graduated from Artistic High School Mattia Preti in Reggio Calabria with excellent grades. She attended the Academy of Fine Arts, immediately afterwards she began to exhibit in art galleries in her own city, immediately achieving good success. Exhibitions throughout the national territory, numerous collective and personal exhibitions in Florence, Milan, Venice, Rome and many other cities.
Participated and won numerous painting prizes.
His painting ranges from figurative to informal, the result of continuous experimentation.
In the latter period, she chose the portrait, both in oil and acrylic, of brightly colored faces, powerful and dynamic. Very expressive figures, never banal. Faces with a lively gaze that they want to communicate with the viewer, as if they were real characters, who want to live through who they are.
