Originally from Aude, Jean-Luc Lopez began painting in oils and watercolors 30 years ago along the Canal du Midi and has continued his research in acrylic for 19 years to give movement to these canvases. .
All the centers of interest of a life attentive to its environment are so many canvases which parade on its knives.
An unexpected anthology treated in thick, lively touches and juxtaposed volumes installed without contours.
Only stains of color survived from a decomposition then recomposition of the patterns which sets up a very surprising and very successful dynamic.
