Pierre Radisic was born in 1958. He lives in Barcelona. Pierre Radisic attended from 1976 to 1978 the studio of Madeleine Martin-Haupert and then studied photography from 1978 to 1982 at the National School of Visual Arts of La Cambre in Brussels.
While still a student, he won the National Open Photography Prize in 1982. Pierre Radisic is as interested in pure photography as in complex chemical and computer manipulations. He works mainly through thematic series, among others "Portraits of couples", "Variations on Marilou", "Waldzenen", "Celestial bodies", "Pornscapes", "Ars Musica", "The Man Who Fell to Earth", "Decisive Square"…
The works of Pierre Radisic are represented in numerous collections of museums and artistic institutions, in particular at the Elysée Museum in Lausanne, at the European House of Photography in Paris, at the Centro de Fotografia in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, at the Nord Pas-de-Calais Regional Photography Center, as well as at the Adler Planetarium - Astronomy Museum in Chicago.
