Yannick Le Bloas

Born in Brittany in 1972, Yannick Le Bloas is a French visual artist whose work oscillates between ethnic and dreamlike influences. From an early age, he displayed a keen interest in visual arts, experimenting with various techniques and media. He pursued his education at the Beaux-Arts in Lorient for several years, refining his artistic approach.

After his studies, Le Bloas settled in Paris and joined a collective of creators. His works, particularly his sculptures adorned with millefiori, have been exhibited in renowned locations such as the Viaduc des Arts, the Carrousel du Louvre, and the Cité des Sciences at La Villette. He was also awarded the "Prix du Public des Arcades" at the Marché de l'Odéon in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Seeking new inspiration, the artist opened a studio-boutique in Montpeyroux, Auvergne, where he created his first ceramic works—a material that later became his signature medium. In 2013, he moved to Pézenas in southern France, continuing to develop his craft and share his passion with the public.

Le Bloas creates themed collections such as Microcosm - Macrocosm and Trees and Senses, incorporating precious materials like gold leaf, bronze dust, and sand from around the world to give his works a unique transparency and atmosphere. His pieces are exhibited in various galleries and boutiques in France and abroad, captivating audiences with their originality, delicacy, and precision.
