Biography
AJ Barnes was born in USA in 1962. He received a Master of Arts Degree from Ohio University in 1989 after completing an arts education at Wayne State University in 1985.
He is a former editorial photographer who produced much of his personal work on Polaroid instant film.
With the demise of the Polaroid corporation in 2004, he began working with the wet collodion process, an antique glass plate photographic process invented in 1851.
These fine art nude prints are made from high resolution scans of the original glass plates.
