François Foucras

François Foucras is a French painter.

He has been a fan of drawing and painting since his childhood years but it was only during his adult years that he discovered the desire to create during a trip to Hawaii in 1987. This experience of light and contrasting colors marked him forever.

François Foucras never sets down any limits and easily moves from figuration to semi-abstraction. He is genuinely interested by the harmony of colors and shapes, in order to display aesthetically pleasing work. Stirring art is made up through composition but also themes.

François Foucras treats each of his themes like a true challenge, trying to highlight the beauty through light.
