To discover his work is to dive into fifty years of the city of Sète. He painted the sailors, the sinners, the women, the fish, the shells, the boats, the docks, the bridges, the parties, the crowd, the games, the pond, the beaches, the birds… All that gives of life in Sète, makes it so nice and so authentic.

His own style, unconstrained, can be considered according to the paintings as related to cubism, naive figuration, impressionism and fauvism. He bequeaths us a very important work, put to sleep since his death. More than 3,500 paintings out of 6,000 produced during his entire life.
