Simone De Rosa, born in 1977, is a self-taught Italian Pop art artist who took his first steps as a Pop Art artist.
He started drawing and painting from an early age, at the same time she was also inspired by comics and attended the Roman school of comics in Rome, Italy. Definitely modern painting.
Strong, vibrant colors with large spray can brush strokes and large, contrasting color patches. He is focused on the impression. The painting must dominate the interior and attract attention, all his paintings are made on canvas. He likes to work on medium sizes, ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 meters or more, and often uses items such as shop mannequins and bowling pins.
He usually uses acrylic paints accompanied by different techniques, especially when creating collages. Simone De Rosa draws inspiration from his urban environments such as street art, cartoons, celebrity icons, advertising and brend in order to make his works of art unique and attractive even to the less skilled in art. Currently his works are becoming more and more popular, they are now in private collections in Europe and the United States.
