Galerie Séraphine is proud to present Victorine Follana's solo exhibition, entitled "Le regard sublimé". This exhibition highlights works of great expressiveness, mixing still lifes, landscapes and portraits to reveal the artist's exceptional mastery of oil and acrylic painting techniques, the fruit of her flourishing inspiration between 2020 and 2024.
Victorine Follana, whose work is resolutely in an expressionist tradition, draws her inspiration from everyday scenes, where objects, the monotony of gestures or places acquire a poetic dimension. She meticulously explores the intimate space, the one that evokes personal memories and raw emotions. Through vibrant colors and bold compositions, she manages to mimic the complexities of life.
On Saturday, October 5, during the inauguration of the exhibition, the artist will be present to discuss the creative process with visitors, as well as the motivations that drive her work.
