Biography
Claire Boris is a French sculptor born in 1976. She lives and works between Paris and Orleans.
She has been fascinated by sculpture since her childhood, therefore naturally she turned towards studying Fine arts in Paris.
After her graduation, Claire Boris began working with raw materials and mainly cement for her sculptures. She's a hard-worker and therefore is an expert with the technique she uses in each of her sculptures.
Claire Boris renews her various inspirations constantly, her sculptures sway between almost abstract, elongated, well-rounded shapes. Her characters wish to express the complexity of human feelings but with subtlety.
Her work has been exhibited in hundreds of galleries since 2000, not only in France but abroad as well.
