Biography
Thomas Patin is a French artist born and working in Lille. His work is inspired by the icons who influenced youth born in the 1970s and immersed in the television culture of the 1980s. Yet, Tom's work goes far beyond a simple nod to pop culture. Each of his works offers a unique and personal interpretation of the "secret" lives of these iconic figures, opening a door to his rich, colorful, and kaleidoscopic imagination, and provoking reflection and emotional resonance in the viewer.
